Sunday Nov 23, 2008Yes, he should he that's what he wants. If we truly desire to have genuine democracy in Haiti, all living former head of state of Haiti should return and live as they wish. Beside, the Constitution prohibits the banishment of its citizen to be expelled or pevented from returning to their homeland. However, as a former head of state, he may be prosecuted for crimes commited during his rule providing there is sufficient proof beyond reasonable doubt that he ordered their excecution or had prior knowledge of tese crimes.
Tuesday Nov 25, 2008My dream for Haiti is one day to see every single exile person to come back home to invest or participate in haitian economy to make the country more liveable for our generation or our next generation. I am not agree with haitian or intellectual people who want to exile haitian people or politicians because comruption but I want them to stay and live there to invest the bribes money that they have, instead to spend the haitian fortune to another country. I have a plan to execute with any party politic if they are agreed with my program or I will support any haitian party who has the same point of view but we need a new direction for haiti with new propective.
