Qualification has never been the heart and mind of the Haitian voters.Lack of education has imperil our country due to the fact that politians easily manipulate the people.....
Wyclef is not in any way qualify to be Haiti's president but would do a better job than most of the other candidates or the current president himself.I would vote for him.
