Hello Roland! I send you my condolence on the lives lost, and sympathy for the injured in the automobile accidents in Haiti.
Traffic-Accidents are going up all over the world, as vehicles are becoming faster, thus encouraging drivers-in-general to seek more, and more speed, and a general disregard for traffic-laws.
Increasing the tarrifs, and/or increasing the price of Gas wo'nt help, especially considering the financial-state of the country at this time. What should be done is, increasing Police-Surveillance, and Stiffer-Fines, and Penalties for Traffic-Violators!!
