Eventhough I am not content at all with how Preval is running the country, I have to admit that he is right about stoping the food aid and helping instead the farmers to grow food to feed the people and in the same hand reinforce the national production.
And this will also contribute to deconcentrate the Port-au-Prince population and we also need to decentralize the activities and the live in Haiti.
We need to develop the sidecountries more and put up more infrastuctures like roads, electricity, communication, schools, hospitals...
The government should have all servicies in every big cities in each department.
