Pierre,
The problem is trust.
We need ideas from people, engineers who knows and experienced earthquakes to rebuilt Haiti.
The haitiens 100% you're talking about would be ok if only we can trust them to do the right thing.
For myself, I only want what's best for my country because we have a beautiful one if it is in good shape.
So I'll be happy with whoever can solve the problem and make a good job of it.

this is to show you who make decision there, do american live their so they can say what we can do and dont do just like 1804 no whrite man was we need to take control of our country back and told the world to watch how it s done we can do it but we need people who is haitien 100/100.thank you, me where i am i have a plan to solve that problem.
