Hi Roland! You know! That thought ran through my mind! What with the delicate situation in the area, (earthquakes, tidal waves, monsoons, etc), that stronger reenforcements of building structures, reefs, and other disaster-preventative measures should, and would help prevent the overwhelming disasters that have become so repetitive in the region.
I fully support your ideas in the change in improving the safety-measures prior to construction of all building-facets! Thanks for sending me your ideas.
