There is a conflict of interest, Mr.Delatour is part of the gvt..His company that he has a share of 5% can not have a contract with the govt. to rebuilt Haiti.If Mr.Delatour wants his company to be involved with the rebuilding of Haiti, he should resign from his position & wait for 5yrs to prove he has no tie with any govt. affair.
