First of all the government does have the power to do as they wish. However it should start with people that own property from 10 acress and more. I am sure the government has authority of doing it, Before they even mention the project and the area they were focused on, the idea was already publicized and people was invading private property, burning bushes, and clearing up space.
All in the name of the government.
Case being my property in Titanyen.

IN all countries in the world it is O.K for Government to cease private asset for the greater good as long as there is ADEQUATE compensation.It does not mean fair market value.THE Government should ask the U.N for financial help to defray the cost of compensation.
