Well, i do not agree with Mr preval decision on this.Preval had proceeded an act of dictature .
No one made any decision on behalf your parliament without any vote .
When you in that type of the situation that you are right now, you have to comply with anybody who willing to help you out. It's not the question the mistreatement that haitians had been received over there .
The real question what can you do to get your own people out of that country.
What can you offert thwen so they would not go over there looking for better life. I'm a true haitian born and raise and i think preval is mad wrong on his decision matter fact he can even express himself great to the media cause i heard him the day of the earthquake that Tuesday, it's a shame.
