Haiti has been exploited by several countries of the international community, has been occupied by the U.S. on several occasions, was isolated by the Organization of American States which comprised of Latin American Countries after Haiti obtained its independence.
Moreover, a series of IMF (International Monetary Fund) policies finished off our capacity to produce and export our own goods.
As I said before on other posts, if we are going to refuse aid from the Dominican Republic, then might as well not accept help from anyone! Differences need to be said aside.
I am surprised that the Haitian government even has enough energy or resources to discuss foreign policy in the midst of a National Crisis! Give me a break!
