after the mistreatment that Dominican authority gave to Haitian and where others punish Haitian for a crime by making him get naked and cut both of his hands as justice and put it over the internet, I don't have no respect for that side of the country also the Dominican government refused to give nationaly as Dominican to Haitian born in Dominican republic.
They treated the poor Haitians like nothing over there; now they want to put a show in the eyes of the world.
I would say no. President Preval is right.
