Francois DUVALIER was one of the best president or simply the best president we ever had.The only problem
he was a dictator.Roads, int'l airport, hospitals, school
bridges, please, tell me who does better since his death
even before him.He didn't steal people money, check out
all the banks in switzerland and you be the judge
