In Vodun, Erzulie (also Ezili, Erzulie Ge-Rouge) is the goddess of love, beauty, jewelry, dancing, luxury and flowers. She wears three wedding bands, one for each husband: Damballa, Agwe and Ogoun. She is often represented by a water snake.
Ezili Freda, (also Erzulie Freda) in the religion of Vodou, is the Lwa of love, beauty and riches. She is represented by the Virgin Mater Dolorosa.
Erzulie Dantor
Ezili Dantor is the Haitian lwa of motherhood, she is represented by the image of a Black Madonna.
Ezili Danto is often represented by a black pig, and the colours red and blue. Her favourite offerings are fried pork, rum, and strong cigarettes.
