New Haiti Shelter And Relocation Plan Following The Quake

The plan of the Haitian Government to relocate a large number of Haitians affected by the earthquake has been changed due to lack of available land. A shelter and relocation plan is to be implemented in the Haiti capital before the official May 1 start of the rainy season in Haiti
The International Organization of Migration estimates 245,000 individuals are at high risk of flooding or mudslides in the makeshift camps where they now live. A U.S. military survey just-completed reported that fewer than 37,000 need to be moved urgently.
The Haitian Joudalist has learned that the new Shelter and Relocation plan for Haiti is as follows
Haitians who can will be encouraged to return to homes that engineers have deemed safe.
Those who can't will be given help removing debris so they can return to their own neighborhoods.
Others will try to find host families for the time being. Aid groups will try to improve existing camps for those with no place else to go.
Only a small number, as a last resort, may be moved to relocation camps.
The US Government is leading this new shelter plan. The focus is on the neighborhood of Turgeau, a hilly, tree-lined zone of mansions, several home to U.S

Pierre,
The problem is trust. We need ideas from people, engineers who knows and experienced earthquakes to rebuilt Haiti. The haitiens 100% you're talking about would be ok if only we can trust them to do the right thing. For myself, I only want what's best for my country because we have a beautiful one if it is in good shape. So I'll be happy with whoever can solve the problem and make a good job of it.

This is to show you who make decision there, do american live their so they can say what we can do and dont do just like 1804 no whrite man was we need to take control of our country back and told the world to watch how it s done we can do it but we need people who is haitien 100/100.thank you, me where i am i have a plan to solve that problem.
