The "joudalist" just learned that a truck that was transporting Haitians to the Dominican Republic was involved in an accident, consequently close to 20 Haitians perished. It is estimated that the death toll will increase as emergency system is not adequately, and the road for the rescuers to travel to bring them first aids is in need of major repair.
Some of the people interviewed reported that the accident occurred close to the city of Ouanaminthe.
Will the Haitian authority learn any lesson from this tragedy?
