The "joudalist" just learned that a truck that was transporting Haitians to the Dominican Republic was involved in an accident, consequently close to 20 Haitians perished. It is estimated that the death toll will increase as emergency system is not adequately, and the road for the rescuers to travel to bring them first aids is in need of major repair. Some of the people interviewed reported that the accident occurred close to the city of Ouanaminthe. Will the Haitian authority learn any lesson from this tragedy? Is any authority patrolling Haiti's roads?

Skah Shah Number one will always be the number one Haitian band for me. This is a band has made great contribution to the Haitian music, specifically in the 1970s and 1980s. Among many other great Haitian bands of the time, Skah Shah The Best of ALLTIME thats for sure. Still going strong. They were my favorite as a kid and they still are my favorite now. Skah Shah #1, Vinn Dance: http://www.haitimusicvideo.com/index.php/2821 In the 70's and 80's, Skah Shah #1 emerges as one of the greatest Haitian musical band.
Their musical has been most vital to that generation's worldview that grew up listening to Nemours Jean Baptiste, the founder of Konpa (or Compas) Direck, Les Shleu Shleu, Les Amssadeurs, Jazz Des Jeunes, Tabou Comb, Septentrional, and Tropicana etc.

With this beautiful song Seksi Chocolat you are going to appreciate the Zouk music in a totally different level. This music video gets you moving and your head bobbin' to Q-Tip bouncin over it's beats. Also it makes you get up and shake your booty. This is one of the best songs on the album. WEEK-END - SEKSI CHOCOLAT ( zouk retro ): http://www.haitimusicvideo.com/index.php/3072 The feeling I got for much of this Zouk video is joy. On its own this beautiful old Zouk music might not mean much to a random listener, but if you are from the old school and you know how Zouk music comes to be what it is today, this is a good piece of music to take home with you.
If you want to hear a good song, which is hard to find these days, Seksi Chocolat will certainly give you that opportunity.

Tropicana has touched on almost every subject, articulating Haitian society vices, bias, misconceptions, and cultural costumes. Not only Tropicana D'Haiti has lasted for many years, but also provided some of the best popular Haitian songs in history. Tropicana D'Haiti-Limonade More music videos from Tropicana
The band has proven to be more than just a fluke of talent, but rather true masters of an art form, a versatile group, and an endurable successful force within the music industry.

The Hip-hop artist Wyclef Jean is fighting back after the Haiti election Council decided to reject his candidacy for the 2010 election. As you can see in this new music video, Wyclef does not hold anything. He explained Preval's attempts to have him to consider supporting his own candidate. Wyclef Presiden Preval Ban'm kanč - Official Music Video: http://www.haitimusicvideo.com/index.php/3081 The hip-hop star sings it in Haitian Creole. But translated, the song reveals an angry Jean attacking the electoral council that disqualified him from running for president of Haiti, accusing the current head of state of being a deceptive “Lucifer” who betrayed him, and urging the country’s citizens to “remain mobilized.” What do you think about Preval not allowing Wyclef to run for president in Haiti? Do you think Preval is trying to manipulate the election? What do you think Wyclef should do now?

Click below: http://www.haitimusicvideo.com/index.php/3080 T-Vice has been criticized in the past for lack of representation of black people in their music videos. I think with this new music video, they have corrected that. I can see some fine, sexy black women. What do you think about the representation of Black, Haitian women in this music video? Do you think lack of representation of Black Haitian women in T-Vice music videos in the past was an issue? If so, why do you think T-Vice was doing that? The title of this new album from T-Vice is: Investi en Ayiti. I think it's a good idea to promote business in Haiti. With this new album, called Investi an Ayiti, some have been saying that T-Vice needs to set the example by investing their own money in
